HERBS AND PIES WORKSHOP

Location: Blue Greens villas / Time: Wednesday 20 April 2022 / Duration: 11.00am -4.00 pm

Its spring time in Paros. The best time to collect sage and oregano. Also various wild greens “horta” that we use to
make our famous pies “pittes”. We will collect all we need strolling around the villa and then we will learn the secrets of pies in our pie making workshop with chef Othonas.
