Configuration
The villa is a two level maisonette. The main entrance is in the ground level where we find the fully equipped kitchen, the cozy living room with a sofa bed, tv, sound system, fireplace and a small bathroom. In the pergola and volto verandas there are two dining areas each for 6 people. The 3 bedrooms are located in the lower lever. The master bedroom is spacious with a walking closet and big unsuited bathroom with bathtub. Bedroom 2 can accommodate 1 or 2 person both as two single or one double bed. It shares a bathroom with bedroom 3 that has two single beds.

Roller mosquito nets are fitted in all windows. In the front garden there are three level pavements, with a built in BBQ and a spectacular sitting area perfect for your aperitif, overlooking the pool which is located a few meters lower than the villa and shared between 11 villas. You can access the villa from the back where the parking is located. Behind the villa there is also a big spacious pavement with a shower. A huge bougainvillea and mediterranean garden give color and scent and provide you with fresh herbs for your culinary creations.

Only 2km away from the cosmopolitan capital of Paros and only 5′ walk from the best sandy beaches on the island. Krios, Marchello, Kamini beaches with white sand and turquoise waters, are ideal for families with kids as they are protected from the meltemia the typical north summer winds. In Marchello you can find beach bars and beach restaurants.

You can get to the villa by car 7′ drive from the Port 20′ drive from the airport , or take the boat ferry to Marchello. Pick up and drop of service available. The pool is common and shared between 11 small villas in the complex. I order to swim in it you need to respect the pool rules and accept that you swim at you own risk.
